3. Product / Service Information and Price
The essential characteristics of the product or service, its quantity, the total sales price including taxes, any delivery/shipping or service fee, and other additional costs are clearly stated to the Buyer on the Platform and during the preliminary information stage before the order/transaction. The prices and campaigns announced on the Platform are valid until the date they are updated. The final price shown to the Buyer at the time of order approval is taken as the basis.
4. Payment
Payment may be made through the methods offered on the Platform (credit/debit card, wire transfer/EFT, or other payment instruments provided). In payment transactions, card and payment information is processed securely through the relevant payment/bank infrastructure; the Seller does not store your card information. It is sufficient for notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be sent to the Seller in writing or to [email protected] within the period. In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, the delivery made to the Buyer or the amount received is refunded within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. In cases where the product must be returned, the return shipping conditions are stated in the preliminary information.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- Contracts for accommodation, moving of goods, car rental, supply of food and beverages, and the use of leisure time for entertainment or recreation, which must be performed on a specific date or period. In this context, there is no right of withdrawal for motorcycle rental reservations made for a specific date/period.
- Custom-made products prepared in line with the Buyer's requests or personal needs.
- Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, or seal have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable in terms of health/hygiene.
- Service contracts in which performance has begun before the withdrawal period expires, with the Buyer's approval.
Rental cancellation/change conditions are separately governed in the relevant reservation/rental terms and in the rental agreement, without prejudice to the exception to the right of withdrawal.
8. General Provisions
The Buyer declares that they have read the preliminary information before the order/transaction and accept all the terms of this Agreement. The parties comply with the information and record-keeping obligations stipulated in the legislation.
