1. Scope and Parties

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the rules regarding the use of the www.1rides.com.tr website and its associated digital services (together, the "Platform"). Every natural or legal person who visits or uses the Platform ("User") declares that they have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, we kindly ask you not to use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

Through the Platform, 1Rides mainly presents and provides the following services:

• Motorcycle rental: daily/periodic rental of the motorcycles in our fleet; online reservation, delivery, and return processes.
• Spare parts and service: sale of motorcycle spare parts and maintenance/repair (service) services.
• Promotion and information: content and visuals regarding products, campaigns, prices, and services.

The content, prices, and visuals on the Platform are for informational purposes; stock, availability, and prices may change without prior notice. A binding contract is formed upon the conclusion of the relevant rental agreement or sales transaction.

3. Account and Registration

To benefit from certain services, you may need to create an account or share your contact/identity information. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, up to date, and complete. Your account security (password, etc.) is your responsibility; you will be held responsible for transactions carried out through your account. If you notice any unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.

4. User Obligations

When using the Platform, you agree to the following:

• To act in accordance with applicable legislation and these Terms,
• To provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information,
• Not to use the Platform in a manner that is unlawful, unfair, or that violates the rights of third parties,
• Not to engage in conduct that endangers the security of the Platform (unauthorized access, malicious software, automated data collection/scraping, etc.),
• In rental services, to comply with the relevant rental agreement and delivery conditions; to use the motorcycle in accordance with traffic rules and the agreement.

The specific rights and obligations of rental transactions are governed by the rental agreement signed during the rental, which is valid alongside these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, visuals, texts, videos, designs, and software elements on the Platform belong to 1Rides or to the relevant rights holders and are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and trademark legislation. Copying, reproducing, distributing, adapting, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

6. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. 1Rides is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of the sites it links to. Use of these sites is subject to their own terms and conditions.

7. Protection of Personal Data

The personal data processed during your use of the Platform is processed within the scope of the KVKK Information Notice, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. Commercial electronic messages are sent only on the basis of your consent obtained under Law No. 6563 and the İYS.

8. Limitation of Liability

1Rides does not guarantee that the Platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation, 1Rides cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the Platform, from decisions made in reliance on the content, or from third-party services. This clause does not limit rights arising from consumer legislation.

9. Right to Amend

1Rides may update, change, or suspend these Terms and the services on the Platform at any time. The current Terms take effect the moment they are published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform means that you accept the current Terms.

10. Governing Law and Resolution of Disputes

These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In disputes that may arise from these Terms; for consumer transactions, the Consumer Arbitration Committees are competent within the monetary limits determined under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, and the Consumer Courts are competent for disputes above these limits. For Users who do not qualify as consumers, the courts and enforcement offices of the place where the company's registered office is located (Ordu) are competent.
