2. Main Characteristics of the Goods or Services
The main characteristics of the goods or services you select are shown on the order/reservation screen and in the order summary: for motorcycle rentals, the make, model and class, the rental date and time range, the pick-up and return location, the selected insurance package and any extras; for spare part sales, the product name, quantity and specifications; for service work, the scope of the job. The characteristics displayed at the moment of confirmation are binding.
Main goods and services offered:
- Motorcycle rental (a service performed within a specific date and time range),
- Spare parts and accessories (physical goods),
- Service, maintenance and repair work.
3. Total Price, Taxes and Additional Charges
The total price including taxes shown on the order/reservation screen applies. Items included in and excluded from the total (rental fee, selected insurance package, extras and equipment fees, delivery/shipping charges where applicable) are itemised in the order summary.
No additional charge that is not clearly stated in the order summary will be claimed from you. Items that may arise during the rental and whose amount is not known in advance (late return fee, fuel difference, traffic fines, damage costs) may only be claimed on the conditions set out in the rental agreement and in section 8 of this Form, if they actually occur and with supporting documentation.
Prices and campaigns published on the platform are valid until updated; the amount binding on you is the final amount displayed at the moment of confirmation.
4. Cost of the Means of Distance Communication
Contacting us via the website, mobile application, phone or WhatsApp does not incur any cost beyond the standard tariff. Operator or data charges of the communication channel you use are your own.
5. Payment, Performance and Delivery
- Payment: may be made using the methods offered on the platform (credit/debit card, bank transfer or other available payment instruments). Card and payment details are processed through the relevant payment/bank infrastructure; we do not store your card details.
- Rental performance: the motorcycle is handed over on the date, time and at the location stated in the reservation, upon presentation of a valid driving licence and identity document. Hand-over and return are recorded in the rental agreement and the hand-over/return report. If the licence class is insufficient for the rented motorcycle, or is not presented, hand-over cannot take place.
- Delivery of physical goods: the product is delivered within the period and by the method stated at the time of order. The statutory maximum delivery period is 30 (thirty) days; if performance does not take place within that period you may terminate the contract.
- Service work: performed within the agreed scope and period.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days — from the date of delivery for goods, and from the date the contract is concluded for services — without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Please read the exceptions in section 7, which set out when this right does not apply.
How to give notice of withdrawal: it is sufficient to notify us in writing or on a durable medium, within the period, through one of the following:
- E-mail: [email protected]
- Address: Bahçelievler Mah., Atatürk Blv. 187/B, 52200 Altınordu/Ordu, Türkiye
If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the amount collected is refunded within 14 days of your notice reaching us. Where goods must be returned, you must send them back within the same period; the carrier and return conditions are stated in the order summary. If no contracted carrier is stated, return costs will not be charged to you.
7. Cases in Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- Contracts for accommodation, carriage of goods, car rental, catering, and leisure services that must be performed on a specific date or during a specific period. Your motorcycle rental reservations made for a specific date and time range fall within this exception and are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
- Goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs.
- Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape or seal have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable in terms of health or hygiene.
- Goods that become mixed with other products after delivery and cannot, by their nature, be separated.
- Services the performance of which has begun with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires.
- Contracts relating to movable property subject to mandatory registration.
Even where no right of withdrawal exists, you may still request cancellation or amendment of your reservation. Cancellation and amendment conditions are set out separately in the rental agreement and the reservation terms; the absence of a right of withdrawal does not mean the reservation cannot be cancelled under those terms.
8. Deposit and Financial Security
A deposit/security may be taken for motorcycle rentals in accordance with the rental terms. The deposit amount and collection method are shown to you during reservation.
The deposit is refunded where the vehicle is returned on time, undamaged and in accordance with the agreement. Deductions may only be made for a concrete and documentable reason such as damage, missing fuel, late return or traffic fines, and the reason for the deduction is notified to you.
9. Digital Content
The seller does not sell digital content or digital services supplied on an intangible medium. Information on the functionality, technical protection measures and hardware/software compatibility of digital content therefore does not apply to this transaction.
10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
You may send your requests and complaints to [email protected] or to the contact channels in section 1.
For disputes arising from this contract you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees at your place of residence or at the place where the transaction was carried out, within the monetary limits determined annually under Law No. 6502, and to the Consumer Courts for disputes above those limits. You may also file applications through the Ministry of Trade's Consumer Information System (TÜBİS), accessible via e-Devlet.
11. Record Keeping and Entry into Force
The record of your approval of this Form is kept by us together with the date of approval and the version of the text you approved, and is provided to you on request. This Form enters into force together with the Distance Sales Agreement at the moment you confirm your order or reservation.
The current version of this Form is always published at www.1rides.com.tr; your approval is deemed given to the version in force at the moment of approval.
