What information do we collect?

Automatically collected information: As with most standard web servers, www.1rides.com.tr keeps log files for statistical purposes. Information you provide directly: Name, phone number, email address, and postal address you share with us via the contact form, account registration, booking, or a spare-parts/service request.

Additional information collected during rentals: During the check-in/check-out process, we collect an image of your ID/driving license, your national ID number, delivery and return photos, your digital signature on the rental contract, and your date of birth. This data is used solely to form the rental contract, verify identity, and document any damage or disputes.

Financing/installment applications: If you use our sales-financing or installment calculation tools, the contact and payment-preference information you share is processed to prepare a quote.
