You can make your motorcycle reservation by filling out the reservation form on our website, or through our Ordu KTM dealership.

Every guest who creates a rental request through the website receives a confirmation by email and SMS to the phone number provided during booking.

For the Motorcycle Rental Agreement to be valid, you must have your driver's license (class A), your ID card or a valid passport, and a credit card with a limit at least equal to the pre-authorization amount.

Cancellations up to 24 hours before the rental start are refunded free of charge. Between 24 hours and 1 hour before, one day's rental fee is charged. Less than 1 hour before, two days' rental fee is charged. No-show without notice: no refund. The Turkish rental agreement is the legally binding version.

Costs for days a vehicle spends under repair are not charged to guests. Damage arising from non-compliance with traffic laws is borne by the guest.

Fines issued to our vehicles' plates are notified to us and charged to the credit card presented during the rental, with a service fee added.

Fines issued to your Turkish ID (T.C.) number must be paid directly by you.

Each motorcycle's Basic protection setting may differ. Traffic and Casco options are shown per motorcycle on the reservation page; additional coverage packages reduce risk. With casco, damage up to the deductible limit is generally the renter's responsibility.

We apply a mileage limit that varies with the daily rental. Review the rental agreement terms or contact us for details.

The rental agreement is made with the person renting the vehicle and all coverage is tied to their details. If someone not listed in the agreement rides and is involved in an accident, insurance and coverage become void and both parties are held responsible.
